The (Lovable) Boss

Hello there! I’m Jack, one of the manliest horses you will ever meet. I'm a 9-10 year old Off-the-Track Thoroughbred (OTTB), and I’m in charge of taking care of my field and keeping everybody in line. I have kissing spine disease, which means I can’t be ridden anymore. Plus, I'm a cribber, which means I gnaw on all the fence boards that I can get my teeth on. People are always fussin' me about it, but I can't help it if those boards are delicious.

Regardless, my love for people and puppy-dog personality when you groom me makes me a volunteer favorite and great for beginners learning how to take care of a horse!
